Overview
The Manufacturing Technician 1 supports manufacturing operations by assisting with equipment setup, cleaning, and documentation in compliance with GMP and safety standards.
Core Responsibilities
Assist in setting up manufacturing equipment and preparing rooms for production activities.
Perform basic operations such as material weighing, mixing, or packaging under supervision.
Clean and sanitize manufacturing areas and equipment according to SOPs and schedules.
Document all activities accurately in batch records, logbooks, and electronic systems.
Monitor environmental conditions and report any deviations to supervisors.
Handle raw materials, intermediates, and waste following safety protocols and segregation requirements.
Participate in gowning, training, and safety meetings as required.
Provide general support to ensure smooth flow of manufacturing operations and assist colleagues as needed.

Technical Competencies
Basic knowledge of GMP manufacturing processes and equipment.
Understanding of safety and gowning requirements in cleanroom environments.
Ability to follow SOPs and batch records with accuracy and attention to detail.
Familiarity with measuring instruments such as scales and thermometers.
Willingness to learn operation of manufacturing equipment and adhere to safety guidelines.

Education and Experience Requirements
High School diploma or GED.
0–2 year of experience in a GMP manufacturing or related, regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
Ability to work shift schedules and perform physical tasks required.
